2025 has been a hell of a year for me, so I wanted to come on here quickly to reflect on the things I've learned this year and of course say a massive thank you to you for listening!

I'd love to hear how you're feeling about the podcast. If you have any topics you think I should cover or guests I should talk to, you can find me on Instagram @PJDeeJay

See you in 2026!

See you in 2026!

Best friends. Hot takes. A thousand things to unpack.

PJ Harding and Caitlin Marett have been best friends for 18 years and are now living two very different lives at opposite ends of Aotearoa. Brought together by their shared love of storytelling and a desire to make people feel happy, hopeful and seen. This podcast is an authentic catch up between two friends each week sharing the good, the bad and the straight up awkward mixed in with a healthy dose of nostalgia. A place where you can hopefully laugh, reflect and feel good about being exactly who you are. Because as life gets away on us and often feels like a daze, these actually are the days of our lives!
