Welcome back to Slow It Down for 2026! I don't know about you but the holiday's went by far too quick, but I'm so excited for another year of inspiring chats on Slow It Down. I wanted to come out swinging with the first episode so I brought in the GOAT of women's health, Dr Libby.

If you're listening to this podcast you probably already know who Dr Libby is, so I won't bore you with introductions. In the episode we talk about her current mission of educating people on the importance of iron, her supplements (which I love), her in's and out's for 2026, and so much more! It was such a pleasure to talk with Dr Libby, and I know you're going to love our chat!

I'd love to hear how you feel about this episode, and the podcast as a whole. You can find me on Instagram @PJDeeJay

Best friends. Hot takes. A thousand things to unpack.

PJ Harding and Caitlin Marett have been best friends for 18 years and are now living two very different lives at opposite ends of Aotearoa. Brought together by their shared love of storytelling and a desire to make people feel happy, hopeful and seen. This podcast is an authentic catch up between two friends each week sharing the good, the bad and the straight up awkward mixed in with a healthy dose of nostalgia. A place where you can hopefully laugh, reflect and feel good about being exactly who you are. Because as life gets away on us and often feels like a daze, these actually are the days of our lives!
