Today - we're exploring an exciting new initiative that's helping to preserve and sustain outdoor recreation in Chelan and Douglas counties. The nonprofit Trails, Recreation, Education, Advocacy, and Development—better known as TREAD—has just launched their "One for the Outdoors" program.
