Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's Sleep Psalm by pray dot Com. We will be meditating on Psalm fifteen. Close your eyes and focus your thoughts on God. Meditate on his promises, on his faithfulness. Focus on the joy, hope, and peace he offers to those who follow him. Remember who you are a child of God that is deeply valued and loved. Know He cares for you. Know he wants to release your burdens and give you rest. Breathe in and out slowly. When you breathe in, allow your lungs to completely fill with air before exhaling. When you breathe out, release the stress and a tension in your muscles.
