Hello, I'm grace for to night's sleep. Psalm by pray dot Com. We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred twenty nine as you lay down to sleep. Invite the presence of the Lord into your space. Bring all your fears and worries, all your stress and anxiety to the Lord and find rest and refreshment in his presence. Take a deep breath, be filled with his peace. Exhale slowly and surrender your anxious thoughts and the fears and worries that clutter your mind. Open your heart to hear the Lord speak to you through his word. Take long, deep breaths to slow down your heart rate. Think about the salvation of the Lord. Know in his salvation you are free from your past, sin and shame. You are loved in the moment, and you are secure in your future. Feel the joy of His salvation. Lift your spirit and lighten your heart. Breathe in and out slowly, close your eyes and focus on the goodness of the Lord. Be still and quiet before the Lord, as you prepare to listen to his word. When we face persecution and difficulties in this world, the Bible tells us we can have confidence that the Lord will see us through tough times to night. Rest confidently in the Lord, knowing you are safe in his hands. Psalm one hundred twenty nine from the King James's version says, many a time have they afflicted me from my youth? May Israel now say, many a time have they afflicted me from my youth? Yet they have not prevailed against me. The plowers plowed upon my back, they made long their furrows. The Lord is righteous, he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked. Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion. Let them be as the grass upon the housetops which withereth, afore it groweth up. Wherewith the mower fileth not his hand, nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom. Neither do they which go by, say the blessing of the Lord be upon you. We bless you in the nape of the Lord. In the middle of the chaos and confusion in our world. It can be easy to let fear rule over your mind, hindering the joy and peace that lives within you. Focusing your thoughts on God and meditating on his word can strengthen your faith and lay your fears to rest. Be comforted by His word and be filled with His joy and peace in his presence. Take a deep breath as your chest rises. Feel the mighty hands of God lift you up above your troubles. As you exhale, see his mighty hands strike against the enemy that tries to rise against you, and the fears and worries that threaten to pull you down. Know the Lord will protect you from the evil one, and he will deliver you from your troubles. Know you are safe in his hands. Breathe in and out slowly, close your eyes and imagine a war raged against those who love the Lord. See the Lord surround his people, protecting them, preserving their lives. Rest in the power and strength of the Lord, even when destruction and devastation come knocking at your door, because you can be confident that victory is the Lord's. Confess any fears and doubts you have of God's strength and sovereignty confess any doubts about His goodness. Ask God to help you understand who he is. Ask God to help you put your trust in him. Rejoice in the righteousness of the Lord. Rejoice in his sovereignty. Thank Him for the times he has helped you and delivered you from your troubles. Thank Him for protecting you against the evil of this world. Think of a person who is facing a difficult time tonight. Pray God will help them and deliver them when the time is right. Pray you will fill their hearts with peace and sustain them through the day and night. Lay your requests before the Lord. Ask for his help with your struggles. Ask for deliverance from your troubles.

No.

God will be by your side in the most difficult moments, and He will deliver you in his timing. Pray for those who are facing persecution because of their faith in the Lord. Pray God will bless them and sustain their families throughout the day and night. Pray for the oppressed and the vulnerable. Pray God will show you how to love and care for those that cannot care for themselves. Pray for protection over you and your loved ones. Pray God will help you rest safely in his hands. Breathe in and out slowly. Relax your neck and shoulders, soften your muscles and joints. Focus on the presence of God that fills your room. As your body relaxes and your mind calms, allow God's powerful presence to fill you with his hope, joy and peace so that you can experience deep, RESTful sleep throughout the night.
