Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep song by prey dot com. We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred sixteen tonight. Let's focus on surrendering and submitting to God, knowing he is our savior and our redeemer, our helper and our deliverer. Focus on controlling your breathing and fixating your thoughts on God and his word. First, get in a comfortable position. Make sure your back is flat and straight and your chest is up and out for optimal oxygen flow. Take a deep breath. Feel the fresh, clean air fill your chest, rejuvenating your lungs. Hold your breath for a few seconds. Exhale slowly and allow the oxygen to flow throughout your body, restoring your muscles and jointsurise, bush your bones, healing you from your head to your toes. Clear your mind and meditate on God's goodness and faithfulness. Think about the salvation he has freely given you. Breathe in his love, joy, and peace. Breathe out your stress and anxiety from today. With your next breath, feel his hands deliver you from your burdens. Relax in your neck and shoulders, Quiet in your mind, slowing down your heart, close your eyes and prepare to listen to Tonight's palm. When we are facing difficult times, the Bible reminds us to look to God and lift our voices to him, trusting he will rescue us, redeem us, and restore us at the right time. Psalm one hundred sixteen from the King James's version says, I love the Lord because he hath heard my voice and my supplications, because he hath inclined his ear unto me. Therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell got hold upon me. I found trouble and sorrow. Then called I upon the name of the Lord. O, Lord, I beseech THEE deliver my soul. Gracious is the Lord and righteous. Yea, our God is merciful. The Lord preserveth the simple. I was brought low, and he helped me return unto thy. Rest O my soul, For the Lord hath dealt bountifully with Thee. For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. I will walk before the Lord the land of the Living. I believed. Therefore have I spoken. I was greatly afflicted, I said in my haste, all men are liars. What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits towards me? I will take the cup of salvation and call upon the name of the Lord. I will pay my vows unto the Lord now and the presence of all his people. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. O Lord, truly, I am thy servant. I am thy servant, and the son of Thine handmaid. Thou hast loosed my bonds. I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord. I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people, in the courts of the Lord's house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem, praise ye the Lord. Meditate on the graciousness and righteousness of the Lord. Meditate on his love and compassion. For you know in his grace he saves you. In his righteousness, he redeems you. Know in his love he sustains you. In his compassion he delivers you. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Be filled with the goodness of the Lord. Exhale slowly and allow His grace and love to flow through you, cleansing you, purifying you, refreshing you. Find rest for your soul in His goodness and his faithfulness. Take a deep breath, lift the cup of his salvation, Drink from it, and allow His word to satisfy you fully and deeply. Exhale, slap, and feel his righteousness cover you like a blanket, keeping you safe and secure through the night. Think of a difficult time when you did not call upon the name of the Lord. Think of a time when you did not trust God to help you and deliver you. Acknowledge any unconfessed sin from these times. Confess any doubts you have of God's goodness and faithfulness. Take a deep, cleansing breath, allow his righteousness to vindicate you, and his forgiveness to wash away your sin and shame. Exhale slowly and experience the freedom of God's salvation. Be freed from the chains of sin and death. Think of your prayers God has answered in the past. Reflect on the times He has helped you and delivered you. Thank Him for listening to you and for answering your prayers. Praise him for the times he has rescued you for the times He has restored you. Think of a person who needs to experience the power of prayer. Pray God will hear their cries and answer their prayers to strengthen their faith and fill their heart with praise and thanksgiving. Pray they will put their trust in Him and rest peacefully in his presence. To night, Call upon the Lord. Lift your struggles and troubles to him. Know he hears your voice, he hears your prayers. Wait expectantly for his help and deliverance. Pray for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Pray God will comfort them and fill their hearts with joy, knowing their loved ones are with him. Pray for God to keep you from stumbling in this world. Pray you will walk with Him and experience His abundant life. Pray for healing in a specific area of your life. Pray He will restore you and rejuvenate you. As you sleep, take a deep breath, be filled with the goodness of God. Exhale slowly and feel His hands strengthen you and sustain you through the night. Breathe in and out slowly, close your eyes and surrender to God. Allow his peace to help you experience deep, RESTful sleep.
