We would like you to click on and complete this Monash University survey on COVID-19  and it’s impact on our sleep and daytime functioning. Let’s better understand the impact of uncertain and unsettling situations on our sleep and wake behaviour. Your responses will also help to design resources and treatments to improve peoples' sleep during stressful times. To participate in the study, please click this link.

We're looking for people to fill out a survey because we're really interested in looking at the effects of the COVID-19 global pandemic on people's sleep and wake behavior. We want the whole world to respond to this. We're looking across the lifespan, across economic status, across races, culture, gender. It'll help us to understand a lot more about stress. We actually just want to know about what disruption does to people's sleep, their mood, their usual daytime function. T his research will help us better understand what happens when there's disruption, to help create better resources and better treatment plans to help people in general with their sleep. Click the link. Complete the survey, and help us to better understand sleep during uncertain times.
