Dr Manasi Deshpande graduated medical school with distinction in 2002 from Pune, India. Family Medicine as a specialism was a natural choice for her as she always wanted to provide evidence based bio-psychosocial care for her patients from birth to end of life. She travelled to the UK specifically for their renowned GP specialist post graduate training program and worked across the home counties over the next 10 years gaining quality experience as a GP and a parent of 2.

Dr Manasi moved to Melbourne with her husband and their two young children in 2013 to continue working as a GP and welcomed her third child in 2015 followed by two dogs and a cat!
