This week we talk to Ada Conroy (she/her) about collusion, what is it and how to resist it. Ada has over 22 years of experience in the family violence sector in Victoria, and has spent 10 years leading a family violence workforce development team in the northern metro region and is an experienced men’s behaviour change facilitator. In private practice, she specialises in reflective practice supervision, training, consultation, facilitation, and capacity building for those responding to adult victim-survivors and men who use violence. In this episode Ada provides an insight into how we might begin to approach working with men who use violence, and provides context to the work happening in this space in Victoria.
