CAWLS lawyers Sophie Quinn and Amber Russell pick up where they left off, and discuss the process for obtaining a Domestic Violence Order (DVO) in the Northern Territory. The episode provides information about Police DVOs, private applications and the court process. The consequences for failing to comply with DVOs, as well as tips for safety planning, are also covered.
