In the early 1980s, Gavin Wood hosted the breakfast show on 92.3 EON FM.
Each Tuesday and Thursday, Gavin would be joined by Ian "Molly" Meldrum.
As a part of the program they would perform a twice weekly sketch with Molly as a straight laced Batman, and Gavin as a rather flamboyant Robin.

With the recent retirement of the great broadcaster and writer Phillip Adams, here's a little flashback of his time at 3AW in 1978. 
Here's some edited highlights from 8.30am on January 20th 1978 when Phillip was joined by Celebrity Chef Peter Russell Clarke.  Phillip turned the conversation to Peter's colourful father.
