First up, direct from Hollywood to Broadway to Chicago, the legendary Elizabeth McGovern joins Andrea to talk about her role as Ava Gardner in “Ava: The Secret Conversations” now playing at the Studebaker Theater in the Fine Arts Building in Chicago. Next up, it’s the world premiere of VEAL at the Red Orchid Theatre, written by JoJo Jones. JoJo joins Andrea to talk about her first professionally produced production about this dark comedy about a 13-year old trying to survive adolescence in 2012, a theme that will resonate with everyone! Then, the Military Miniature Society of Illinois’ 50th Anniversary Chicago show is back at the Schaumberg convention center. Andrea talks to Chicago media legend Jim DeRogatis - also a judge - about this success of this incredible festival that features battle scenes, toy soldiers, medieval miniatures, tutorials and classes - you have to see this (if you can!) to believe it.
