Laura’s show combines stand-up comedy about her life and music of all genres woven together. She’s recently been nominated by the Chicago Reader and Broadway World for best new show! Then, we talk to Tom Dobrez and Chirine Mjeim about the Hidden Gem half-marathon in Homewood Flossmoor. It’s often been called a training ground for the Chicago Marathon! Tom is the co-founder and Chirine is using it to train to run 7 marathons in 7 days – in 7 countries! Finally, Hillary talks to Lexie Garret about the production group House of Bug and their documentary “No Permit Necessary”.
