This week on the program we’ll take you to the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Experience, head to the Botanic Garden for Night of 1000 Jack O’Lanterns, and celebrate Filipino History month with delicious food and a sneak peek documentary screening with our friend Billy Dec at Sunda! First up, we talk to Keely O’Neal, Sr. Project Manger of Experiences joins us to talk about this Wicker Park hot spot where you can be a vampire or a slayer! Then, we had to the Chicago Botanic Garden and visit with Associate VP of Visitor Events and Programs Jodi Zombolo to talk about the Night of 1000 Jack-O-Lanterns featuring a display of spooktacular pumpkins…now through October 27th. Finally, we head to Sunda to talk with Billy Dec about his new documentary Food Roots and a special screening he’s hosting on 10/9, complete with a full delicious food frenzy!
