In this episode of The She Said It First Podcast, hosts Jerrilyn Lake and Lynee' Monae discuss What Irritated Them this week. They then delve into a serious conversation about breast cancer. Former MTV VJ, Ananda Lewis has let people know that she has stage 4 breast cancer and has opted not to get the double mastectomy that the doctor recommended. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also talk about Keke Palmer being fiscally responsible and not trying to keep up with the Joneses. They also talk about the pressures some celebrities may face to keep up appearances, even though they are not as financially stable as they want to be.  

The conversation then switched to Antonio Brown showing his support for presidential nominee, Donald Trump. They spoke about being educated about policy and voting against your personal interest. Lynee’ Monae and Jerrilyn Lake discuss Trina not getting a prenup with her new husband, because she controls the finances of the household. Even though she controls the finances of the household, is it a smart idea for her to not get a prenuptial agreement? And as always, we have our segment, Sista 2 Sista.
