Host Emily Tisch Sussman had the opportunity to talk with New York's first female governor, Governor Kathy Hochul. She is up for reelection this November and despite Emily’s best attempt to fully pivot she continues to be pulled back into the political scene.  Emily spoke with Governor Hochul about her experience as a woman in politics, especially after she assumed office unexpectedly when the former Governor Cuomo resigned, and how she used that moment to pivot into the highest office in New York. She dives into what she plans to do as governor to advocate and fight on behalf of women.
