When the federal government cut its excise tax, BC's other levels of government declined to follow. Ryan Price says the pain continues and the answer from those governments has stayed no.

The Vancouver Whitecaps story is the bigger one out of BC this week. The team is for sale, currently sits second in the MLS, and a Las Vegas businessman has tabled a bid to purchase and relocate them to anchor a new sports complex. Ryan Price says the province owns BC Place and may need to decide whether to intervene.
