Our guest Shelley Stinson is the Director of Project Empowerment at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland. An HIV Prevention program for black cisgender and transgender women designed to improve their emotional wellness and other issues related to living with HIV. This became a very enlightening discussion surrounding not only HIV, but other illnesses and offers some great advice on how to grieve the old and create the new. Plus some fun conversations around our own sexuality and where a lot of this information applies to our own daily lives.
