Set Free Ministries was established in 1996. Ken, and his wife Marianne, are pastors of New Beginnings Christian Church, on the Gold Coast. They have been involved in Christian ministries for more than 30 years, having pastored churches in the U.K, New Zealand and Australia since 1973.

Ken ministers the grace of God and has a unique way of sharing this message, which sets people free from legalism and striving and brings them into the liberty Christ intends for us.

Maybe you've had some hurtful experiences at a church and that's turned you off the idea altogether.  Maybe you've never stepped foot inside a church and wonder what it's all about.  Maybe you attend your church regularly, but you don't feel connected enough to call its members your 'family'. It's easy for us to put church leaders on a pedestal.  We hear some of these great preachers on the radio and if we're honest with ourselves, we may think of them as celebrities.  We listen intently to every word and devour their books???.to the point where we can mindlessly accept anything they say without checking their theology with the word of God.
