With lockdown easing but rules still in place for the SA sector and our guests, as well as the threat and difficulties of COVID-19 itself, sometimes our guests are very stressed or have concerns, and we are there to help them and make sure they are doing well.  Placing ourselves in their shoes, being kind, showing courage and compassion in these challenging times across the globe is so important just now, and will help no end.

Having a personalised touch but also systems in place to enable us to deliver our service and communicate consistently, will create a firm base on which we can all build amazing customer care and guest support in our SA businesses moving forward.
