Siniša Čohadžić is the Senior Head Coach of South Melbourne FC (“SMFC”). He previously served as SMFC Technical Director for five years and led SMFC U23’s to a championship. Siniša holds both a ‘UEFA A Licence’ and an ‘AFC Pro Licence’ having extensive experience in senior positions with Ballarat Red Devils, Alamein FC and the Philippines National Team.

Robert Marinković is the Operations Manager at Avondale FC and earlier, Junior Boys National Premier League (JBNPL) Technical Director and Men’s Reserves coach. Avondale FC are the 2025 premiers, and Robert has played a key role in strengthening the club’s structures, processes and professional standards.
