Women respond differently to medications and treatments than men do, but most medical research focuses just on men. Two scientists, Dr. Jane Salmon, a professor and associate dean at Weill Cornell College of Medicine, and Dr. Fanny Elahi, a neurologist at the UCSF Memory and Aging Center, are doing groundbreaking work that will result in better health for everyone.
