Regeneratively grown food has many benefits for consumers, including higher nutrient density and improved taste. Additionally, purchasing food grown using regenerative farming practices can support local farmers and promote sustainable agriculture. The mindset around purchasing healthy food has also been shifting in recent years, with more people becoming aware of the importance of supporting sustainable and regenerative food systems.

Matty Lansdown is a former cancer research scientist, who after years of working in hospitals and seeing the limitations of modern medicine, has become passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and wellness. Growing up in a country town and being exposed to holistic health practices, Matty has always had a blend of traditional and modern understanding of health. He has come to realize that while most people know what they should eat, the real challenge is in behaviour change and mindset around health. Matty now spends his time helping people overcome this challenge and create healthy habits that last. He also encourages people to become more literate in food, by visiting farmer's markets and treating meal prep and shopping as a sacred practice.

Who is Matty?

Matty Lansdown is a scientist, nutritionist and an Emotional Eating and Self Sabotage coach that specialises in weight loss and self confidence for women and busy mother’s. 

Starting out in the field of nutritional epigenetics and spending several years working in hospitals as part of a disease research team, Matty believes that most disease and illness is not due to bad luck but as a result of poor nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Matty’s extensive experience allowed him to uncover the deeper challenge people have with health which isn’t about calories or kale, but in fact mindset and behaviour change. 

Having been on his own personal development journey, Matty is now super-passionate about showing people how to level up their health so that healthy habits and the best food choices are easy and natural. 

Likewise, Matty’s weekly podcast “How to NOT Get Sick and Die”, provides his followers and clients with a deep dive into nutrition and how to develop healthy habits that last.
