The City of Bothell has been making big moves recently.
Its City Council has passed legislation that eliminates parking minimums, changed zoning to encourage more housing and is now allowing corner stores in residential neighborhoods. We talk to Bothell mayor Mason Thompson about the support, and criticisms, these changes are facing.
