One community has been looking forward to Seattle's damp weather and chilly days: sauna goers.

Sauna culture is big here in the PNW. In fact, this weekend The Nordic Museum in Ballard will host the Seattle Sauna Festival. We talked about it on Casual Friday this week.

But for a growing community of Seattleites, this is a weekly endeavor... and it's paired with a cold plunge.

Paige Browning takes us to meet the Coldwater Collective, which swears by polar-bear plunging for therapy, and to crack the Seattle freeze.
