The Downtown Seattle PCC was supposed to be a flagship store for the upscale grocery co-op.
But the pandemic had other plans. The store’s opening was delayed until 2022, and it only survived two years before closing in January.
Now, PCC is coming back to the same space with a new design, and an emphasis on grab-and-go lunches.
