Tonight on Battleground LIVE I talk about the Hegseth confirmation vote, Trump in NC and in California, the Dem resistance collapsing, and as always your global intel update with Bryan Dean Wright.

Good evening, America, Welcome to Battleground Live. This is the show where we kick ass, and we take names and we lock horns with the radical left. We never quit, we never surrender. From sea to shining Sea and everybody in between. Welcome patriots on this glorious Friday, and thank god it is Friday, folks. Five days in the books. Now Trump's presidency is off and running. He's got more done in five days than Biden has done in five hundred. The guy is he's just on fire. The title of the episode is I'm not tired of winning. Well, I mean the truth is, because I'm not tired of winning. Trump is not wasting any time, just unraveling the radical left's agenda. And frankly, folks, we don't have a whole lot of time. We've got four years to put a a complete stop to what the progressive left, what I like to call the regressive left, and their agenda. Times stop that agenda, but really move the Overton window back to the right and save this country. We don't have a whole hell of a lot of time, So let me just a couple of admin notes. Let me thank Dan Nunn and his nunchucks. Let me also thank the Patriot Raiders for rating this stream. Both of you take. Both of these groups are great Americans. And if to the Battle Crew, if you're not following Dan Nunn and the nun Report, or you're not following Patriot Raiders, you definitely should go support these Patriot groups because they're amazing. Also, make sure you smash that like button, that little gray thumb beneath the video. When you smash it, it turns green when you smash the like button. It helps us make the leader board on Rumble. Very very excited about that because we make it because of you and this is your show and it always will be. Now we've got Brian Dean right on decks, will be talking to him about everything under the sun, and very excited to do it because he was. I thought I had him lined up for last week, but had some well Brian's just a very busy person, so couldn't lock him down for last week. So we've gone probably two weeks now, gone through some BDW, some Brian Dean right withdraw. I know you all absolutely love Brian Dean Wright. I think he's the best. But he is on deck for tonight, super excited to talk about him. Okay, let me tell you, let me thank you some of the people who have thrown some rumble ran tips in the show, you know, for people that are listening watching for the first time. You know, we engage about an hour prior to the show going live, sometimes a little bit earlier, and lots of people throwing these rumble rant tips in the live chat prior to going live. That first of all, thank you all, but no bones. Thank you, no bones tipped a bunch of times. Seriously, no bones. Thank you so much for everything. One hundred percent. By the way, for those listening and watching it the first time, one hundred percent of what we get goes right back into the show to give you a better quality viewing and listening experience. Todd, he said, He said to Todd tipped, he said, this isn't singles for the ladies and right night, because yes, the ladies do like Brian Dean Wright and Dorry She Dorry says, please remind Brian Valance Hei's day is coming up and he has lots of girlfriends in here you all are the best audience on Earth. I will be sure to remind Brian of that. Okay, let me just jump right into it real quick. So today, I'm sure that many of you all saw the news that Trump revoked Fauci's security detail, he revoked Mike Pompeo's security detail, he revoked John Bolton's security detail, and all of these people went on the news and kind of complained about it and said that they had gotten This is what they're saying. So I'm just telling you what they're saying, and then I'm gonna tell you what the reality is. They're saying, Well, hey, look they've been threatened by Iran and their life is at risk. Trump shouldn't have done it. Well, Trump said, these people have tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank. They can afford security on their own. I agree with Trump. You know, these people, especially Fauci, What the hell does Fauci still have a Secret Service security protection detail for It absolutely makes no sense they should that this needed to happen. By the way, the American taxpayers are saving over forty two million dollars a year doing it. So I'm for this. Okay, let's segue very quickly to the Heg Seth vote. HEG says, confirmation vote. Now, this is the big one. This isn't the vote out of the Armed Services Committee. This isn't the vote for Kloture was yesterday to basically say, Okay, we're done. We got thirty hours to signal to everybody, got thirty hours left the debate. That thirty hours is up tonight. The vote, HEG says, confirmation vote is tonight at eight pm Eastern Standard time. Everything hangs in the balance. And what I'm hearing talk to a couple senators today, what I am hearing is it is very very close. Now, we had fifty one votes yesterday, we lost Murkowski and we lost Collins again. I also just say i I'm I'm far more upset with Lisa Murkowski that I am with Susan Collins. I I would not vote like either of them were I in the Senate. But maybe for those who didn't hear my logic, let me explain very quickly. Suzanne Collins represents the state of Maine, that is a Democrat state, that is a liberal state, Yet somehow, as a Republican she manages to win it. So my logic is, I would rather have somebody who is with the Republican Party and votes with us in the Senate fifty sixty percent of the time than a Democrat in that seat who votes with us none percent of the time. You see my point right now? Lisa Murkowski Trump won her state by something like twenty points, so to me, there's absolutely no excuse for her voting against Heiksas Trump won a mandate, we should support Trump's nominees, especially if you come from a deep red state like Alaska. And the only reason why Lisa Murkowski won is of court. Remember her father was a senator before her held state white office in Alaska. But she literally rigged the primary with rank choice voting. That's why she's a US senator today. But you know, she talks about Pete Hagsa's judgment. She cites his judgment as a reason why she's not going to be voting for him. But this is Lisa Murkowski talking about Brett Kavanaugh.
Listen, a nomination for a judge goes forward, you rate them not only on their professional competence what they have demonstrated through their record, but also matters of temperament and just demeanor, which are very very important. I have a very high bar for any nominee to the Supreme Court of the United States in my conscience, because that's how I have to vote the end of the day, is with my conscience, I could not conclude that he is the right person for the Court at this time.
She voted for nineteen of Biden's nominees. She voted for Dick Levine, the guy who pretends to be a woman who is named the secretary, I think an undersecretary for Health and Human Services. So, by the way, she didn't think Kavanaugh had the right temperament. The guy was falsely accused of some of the most horrific stuff in the world. He's got young kids, his wife sitting right behind him, one of the most horrifying smear campaigns that I have ever witnessed, not just me, but most of America has ever witnessed. And he gets indignant when he's asked questions about this. He gets pissed off when he's asked questions about this. And here you have Murkowski saying, oh, wow, he didn't have the temperament. I mean, I think the guy has a right to get angry, frustrated, and indignant when he's falsely accused of horrifying crimes in front of his children. But the fact that Lisa Murkowski, again from Alaska, a state that President Trump won by twenty points, the fact that she's citing Pete haik Seth's judgment and anonymous allegations, is the reason why she won't vote for him, to me is abhorrant. And Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas has been out there taking swipes of Pete haik Seth saying that the Secretary of Defense, it's the most important cabinet nominee, which I would agree with her there, but she says he has to be ready to go twenty four hours a day, three hundred and sixty five days a year. I mean, for the love of God, the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Defense Austin, who was responsible for the Afghani surrender, who left billions of dollars of our equipment and weapons in Afghanistan, disappeared for four weeks and did not tell anybody where he went. You heard that right. Our own Secretary of Defense under Joe Biden, went a wall. He had surgery. The surgery didn't go, well, I mean, I'm glad he's okay, but what if he was not okay? He didn't even tell the commander in chief not to mention that Elizabeth Warren taking swipes at Pete Hegseth is quite ironic, given that people like Elizabeth Warren covered up for Joe Biden, who was a dementia patient for four years and he was the commander in chief. All of this is just it's just such ridiculous political theater. If you and what these Democrats are banking on are Americans Simply, they're just hoping that Americans aren't paying attention, and then they're just gonna buy the fake new narrative as they're pushing it. But I think times have changed. I mean, outside of people like Suzanne Collins and Lisa Murkowski, I think the vast majority of the American people see through this insane bullshit. Now. I don't think these smear campaigns are gonna work. We will see come tonight at eight o'clock. You know, I think the math right now still looks pretty good for Pete haig Seth. I would also remind people that Fetterman people like to say federal' look Fetterman's he's a pragmatic Democrat. Look, he's supporting Trump's nominees. He did not. He did not vote to advance Pete's nomination yesterday, so he was a no on Cloture. So I mean that could be different today. He could give Pete haig Seth the trumpet of approval today, So withhold judgment until that time. But to me, the big question mark is Mitch McConnell. If Mitch McConnell is a thumbs down on Pete, which he voted to it, he voted to he voted for Klochure yesterday, so that was that was great. I thought that was a great development. But Mitch McConnell kind of does his own thing, and he's very tight lipped historically about how he's going to vote on given nominees until he actually votes. That's just how he rolls. And so if if Mitch McConnell votes against Hegcath, and Murkowski votes against hag Seth, and h Collins votes against hag Seth, that gives you can lose three. So that would require jd Vance to come in and break the tie. So right now the math looks pretty good. But to me, again hag Seth. This nomination with Pete Hegseth is an important one. Okay, I've got Brian Dean right on deck. Before I get to him. I want to, I want to. I gotta do a quick ad read because I want as much uninterrupted time with Brian as possible. But I also have to say something about Donald Trump in North Carolina. There are two horrific disasters happening in America right now, the stuff that's happening in North Carolina Western North Carolina the stuff that's happening in California. In the first week of Trump's presidency, he went to both places, boots on the ground in both places, and he gave survivors, especially in the Carolina and North Carolina while of the horrible floods. He gave survivors a platform to tell their story. And this resonates with me deeply because I think so much of being a good leader and a good servant leader is showing up, not just when times are good, but especially when times are very very bad. Just being there with people, listening to what they're saying, telling them that you have their back. That to me is so much about what it means to be a leader and Trump did that. Listen to him engage with this woman who lost everything in North Carolina, and then I'll do a quick ad read and then we'll get to Brian Dean right, get his thoughts.
I'm a pastorn next our church right down the road. We had only purchased in May, and it's.
A big church.
We're a small congregation. And I had people say, what are you going to do with this big building? And I said, only God knows. And we had our dedication in the storm came the next week and the outpouring of people. My son brought the first load of supplies and from there I stayed there for about three months. I slept on the floor for about three weeks because the need was so great. The people were so devastated, and I said, I want to be here for them. And they were coming in just day and night, so there's really no need for me to go home. But we had people from Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Indiana, Oklahoma, people from all over. We have not received any help from and government anything, but I said, Lord, if you want us to do that, people all over the states.
Female locals wasted time and morning.
The locals and the people that knew us. And before the week was over, our church was so packed with supplies we couldn't even we couldn't even walk even in our sanctuary. It was up to the platform of things, and in our halls and in our rooms. And we're just now beginning to get a little straightened out. But somebody said, how long are you going to be here? I said, I'm going to be here through the winter and even on if possible, because when you meet people that's been through the struggle. I had a little lady come up and I said, can we do anything special for you? And she said, I don't want to be selfish, but said could I have a cup of coffee? And I handed her that coffee and she stood there and and Kears just poured. She said, you don't realize how important that the little things. It's not the big things in life that we have, but it's the little things and knowing that God.
So that I just want you to wrap your mind around this. That's the President of the United States, the most powerful man in the world, the leader of the free world, standing to the side of a podium with the Presidential seal intended for him, giving up that platform to allow her survivor someone that's done good for the people of North Carolina to speak. This is what Trump does so well. He uses the platform of the president, the bully pulpit of the president, to draw attention to certain critical issues. At times like this, he's not getting in the way, but you notice he's listening to her. He says, FEMA, FEMA didn't do anything yet, people coming in from all around here. It took him here that to activate what will become I think an internal investigation and reform of FENA. The FEMA staffed by Department of Homeland Security folks, and I think the Secretary of Defense and Defense folks will be involved in restructuring FEMA. But it took Trump listening to people in North Carolina to take that action. But again, sometimes being a leader means showing up, and man, nobody does it better than Trump. Okay, I got Brian dean Wright enough of me, without further ado, let me get my buddy on here. Brian Dean Wright, host of The Right Report Daily podcast and former CIA operations officer. Brian Welcome back, my friend.
Good to see you.
Now.
I want a hamburger. That good rancher sounds tasty.
Before we get in, before we get into all of the news, because there's been just a ton that's happened since the last time that you were on.
Yeah, So a lot of the.
Women in the live chat in the audience would like to remind you that you've got a lot of girlfriends in the live chat and that Valentine Day is coming up and they're wondering what you're going to do for them. All of You've got all these girlfriends. I'm not sure you know about it, but you're very admired in the live chat.
Wow, I need to clean my house. Let's you will have a big table. Come on over, ladies, let's talk, you know. Wow, let me think about the gifts.
A lot of Valentine A lot of Valentine's gifts you gotta get.
I'm gonna need to h up the credit limit on a credit card. This is gonna be an expensive February coming up. Good lord, Okay, thank you for the heads up. I'm working on a couple of things. Let's start with the hag Seth stuff.
Where are you at on that? How do you feel do you feel do you agree with me that this this narrative that the Democrats are pushing. They've tried everything. Do you do you think it's you think it's gonna work or not.
I'm so stuck on the fact that I have thousands of girlfriends. I'm sorry the rest of this podcast. Let's just cancel it right now.
Shaken, I'm shaking. I've shaken the unshake. You're unshakable, You're unflapped.
No, No, it's like being an operation and somebody's distracted me and the whole thing is off. The whole off is off. I gotta go home. Look anyway, back to the news, Pete Hegseth. Yet, Look, the President of United States has both an opportunity and an obligation to use the voice of the people getting him into office to choose the team he wants. That is what Hegseeth is all about. He has made his choice. You know that the Senate here, I think, has expressed their concerns. Some of it's fair, some of it's not. I think a lot of the questions around his experience versus discernment and judgment totally fair. I think he's done a very good job at answering those questions.
I agree, By the way, to me That's what I was telling Melanie last night. If you're gonna if you were a senator and you're in armed services, or you're in an open debate, why not just if you're a Democrat, why not just attack experience? Why not just attack you know, policy?
Why not?
I think those are far stronger than Oh, look he his ex wives don't like him, and oh look like all these false accusations, Like I just think people are sick of that. I think a more effective way to attack him.
Look, friend, the last eight years, what have we seen with Trump? But you know, they're throwing everything they can get, like speedig in the wall and Trump that has been one of the many allegations against him has been his personal life, the number of women that he has married over his years. So you know, it's just sort of like the Passes prolog. They're going to keep throwing the same stuff at the wall. But you're right in the opening and now you've just said it again. The American people have heard those arguments over and over. We're tired of them. What else you had got? In fact, we have a lot of really fantastic news axios and others are reporting the Democrats in DC have no idea what to do at this point. They're completely in disarray. You and I were talking earlier about this. There are some brilliant quotes from some Democrat operatives in Washington, DC this afternoon, saying things like, you know, nobody wants to be alive for their autopsy. They can't figure out what's wrong. Another Democrat operative said, man, we as a party suck. Yeah, you do, but part of that is because of your behavior. And I think that what we're seeing on Capitol Hill right now is what we are are just getting frustrated. I think a lot of us about not focusing on the stuff that matters, like experience versus judgment fair. But we're doing this personal attack stuff, and I think a lot of us are over that. It's not relevant, it's not Germane. Let's move forward.
You could hear what I was. Melody and I were at Pete's hearing in the Armed Services Committee, and first of all, when Herono's asking these questions, so I take that is that yes, you will use the Department of Defense and odd troops to invade Greenland.
And that's a gorgeous accent. By the way, is that native Hawaiian I think yes, it's like duck Malana, It's gorgeous. I love it.
And then a ten second pause where she's like, you'll take over Greenland and the Panama Canal and I'm like, oh my god. Everybody in the room. Everybody in the room was like what. And then Tim Kaine starts talking. And then Tim Kaine just goes way down the path of like his wife is sitting behind him, like his parents are there, his wife's parents are there, like and you could hear the whole room just like collectively, oh my god, man, come on. And so you're right, Like the Democrats, there's been polling released on this too, Brian, where who's the leader of the Democrat Party? It's at Barack Obama? Is it Joe Biden? Is that Kamala Harris? Is it nobody? Or I don't know. I don't know. Got the majority of twenty nine percent out of that pall I.
Voted in aple. Actually it's Carl Mars He's the head of the party right now.
I mean, but you're right, the Democrats are in complete disarray, and you know, talking about like Trump out there at the California wildfires, and a perfect example of this is as the so so many, so many examples of horrible leadership coming out of the California. At the tragic California wildfire situation, where you have the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, like at an inauguration for the president of Ghana, not even there, despite knowing that there was a huge risk of wildfires or the wildfires were just getting off, she decides to go there. Anyway, you have all of these reservoirs empty. The water still to this day really isn't flowing in the way they should. Fire hydrants were completely empty. An overt focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. What are the chances that all three fire chiefs, by the way, that make between three hundred thousand and five hundred thousand dollars a year are all lesbians. I'm sorry, I got nothing. I got nothing against gays, lesbians, editing like that, but like, no, what are the chances?
Though? You play those videos anyway, But the point is, compare what you just talked about with Karen Bass to what President Trump is just doing in North Carolina. He's going out and he's speaking with the people, he is there with him. That's that is politically speaking, that is one heck of a contrast, all right, that you've got a man who is of the people and understands that. And speaking of Los Angeles, one of the things you and I talked about before a lot of people. If you're unaware of this, you should be aware of it. And that is the fact that the La Times owner has said recently. I mean, this is this guy who's on the left, his party. He has papers on the left saying this last election showed and demonstrated that Donald Trump and the Republican Party represent what the Democrats used to be, and that was fighting for and with the workingman and the working woman. They understand that their party on the left is no longer what it used to be. And I think that is part of the struggle in Washington, DC right now and why they're throwing this garbage at our dear friend, mister Hegseth, because they got nothing. Their party is nothing because ten to fifteen, twenty years ago they decided to embrace the radical left, and now the country said, we don't want that lock stock and barrel. We think it's all trash, and we think you're trash because you've adopted that. So that is why the party, and we could laugh and chuckle and we should at saying, you know, watching them even describe themselves as dead and dying and have an autopsy and that they socked. Sure, all that's true, but their death represents something I think far more ominous and for us all to remember, and that is they chose to die because they adopt radicalism, radical left, Marxism and the rest of it. And this country just said no. And you had a man rise up irrespect that he really really isn't the traditional Republican, is he? Mister Trump? The president rose up saying, I'm going to represent the people. I'm going to make this country great again. Irrespective of your background. We're going to fight like hell, and we're going to make this country exceptional. And a lot of people across the ideological divide, certainly the racial divide, and yes, the sexual orientation divide. By the way, a lot of gay, lesbian, and bisexual folks voted for Trump as well, because he doesn't care. He just wants awesome people in positions that fight for this country and salute the flag and love the constitution. That's what Trump, I think fundamentally understands about this nation that all of us, whatever our divisions or disagreements, we think this place is pretty awesome and we want to fight for it. So I think that is the kind of leadership that he showed in North Carolina. That is what he is demonstrating out in California, and even Democrats out there, like the La Times owner is saying, we see it too. So it's a very clear message to this country.
Yeah, it's funny, and it's because you mentioned on your show today this this idea because the Democrats being in disarray. Chuck Schumer, who is the Senate minority leader right now, is having a closed door meeting to try to figure out one what to do with Trump's cabinet nominations, but two what to do as a party. And there's this divide within the Democrat Party right now of just like hardcore resistors do whatever whatever the hell you have to do to resist the Trump agenda. And what's what's crazy is you also talked about on your show this morning, and we can address both of these points that while the wildfire was raging, the California legislature, which is a super majority of Democrats, are are cobbling together this fifty million dollar resist Trump fund while their state is burning, which is just like talk about being a microcosm for every failed Democrat leadership, right, this is it's a perfect example of how the Democrats just fail and how they're just way off the reservation in terms of what their priority should be. But then you have the other half of the Democrat Party, maybe it's not half, but a significant percentage of them saying wait a second. Trump won all seven swing states, for example, and Georgia. You know you have asof and Warnock. Trump won Georgia pretty handily. They're up for election in a couple of years. They can't be resistors or they will lose their seats. So give us a sense of what you're thinking about that, which way do you think it will break?
So what we know now in the Senate is there are a number of Senate seats, about six that represent very trumpy states either that he won or came very close to, whether that be Georgia, Michigan, or New Hampshire. So there was at least six Senate seats that are represented by Democrats that these people, just pragmatically speaking, don't want to lose their seats, and the party doesn't want to lose their seats, so they have to be really careful about, you know what battles they're going to pick with Trump because they want to have some degree of ability to run an AD or talk to Republicans in their home states. So, hey, I will work with you and President Trump as needed and as necessary and as my principles allow. That's going to be the talking point. That's the AD. So I think that what the GP leadership in the Senate now is doing very wisely, is all right, let's put that to the test. Let's squeeze these guys. The Lacol and Riley Act was one of the first this past week that did pass because it got a lot of Democrats support, not because they earnestly wanted it to pass, but they're mindful of twenty twenty six. So that is what I think that we're going to see over the next three to six months, a lot of these very tough votes for Republicans squeeze in Democrats who are in disarray, and they're basically going to make the argument, look politically speaking, pragmatically, if you want to win the election or even going to have a hope of it, support us on this. We'll deal with the fight in twenty twenty six when it comes. But let's pass some legislation right now. And that is so critical because Trump is passing all these executive orders. We've got to get this stuff into law because it can get reversed. So the House in the Senate have to pass laws that lock this up into place. That's why they're going to need some of these Democrats on board, and I think that they stand a pretty good chance of doing it in the next six months. Well.
Into interesting is that the Democrat Party being so off the reservation. I mean, this resists fund out in California, this fifthy you know, like you were saying, this is the reason why you left the Democrat Party. They just have lost their freaking minds. And you know what's fascinating about this is that I think Trump knows that the Democrats are in disarray in a very big way. I mean, he gave he was at the I think he was at the Resolute Desk the other day or no, maybe he was doing an interview with Hannity. Can't remember where he said it, but he said, people know that Democrat policies are terrible. They cannot govern, they cannot govern and I thought that was a very effective way to say it, because by every empirical metric, whether it's crime or legal immigration or disaster response, demas response in North Carolina Newsomber's response to the wildfire, they are an abject failure on all things. It's ridiculous.
Let's put a little bit more more meat to that bone. In Massachusetts, just about twenty thirty minutes ago, the Boston Globe put out a piece talking about, hey, how how can you support immigrants and immigrant rights in our state of Massachusetts. Brother, Over the past two weeks, Ice has nabbed and wrapped up guys who are part of MS thirteen. Pedophiles, we have murderers. They were allowed to be back on the streets because the state of Massachusetts, the Democrat run state of Massachusetts, allowed them to do that. We also know last month the governor, Heay of that state, for the first time in four years, said, you know, we should do background checks on the migrants going into our facilities, into our migrant shelters, because only because they had cases of these migrants engaging in sex with kids, pedophiles, rugs, guns. Now four years after now they want to clean up their migrant shelters. So we have this as background. You get the Boston Globe today says, hey, how can we support migrant rights. It's absolutely absurd. When you start talking about real governance, people's lives get affected by this stuff. You know. Fox News reported earlier this week that when these Ice guys were going out and grabbing these dudes off the streets, people were coming out of their homes in Boston saying to the Ice officers, thank you, thank you, thank you for arresting the MS thirteen's and the murders and the rapists in my neighborhood. I don't want the pedophiles here. I don't care if they're migrants or not. Get them out. That I think is what the Democrat Party just continues to ignore, is that we don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat. Just make sure our streets are safe. Thank you. No more pedophiles living next door, No more M S thirteen gang members living next door. Nope, let's leave. So that is why that party that I was a part of for twenty years has lost people like me, Because at the end of the day, we love our country and we are just normal humans that want safe neighborhoods. So that is the underlying collapse of the Democrat Party. It's crazy, it's lost its borrel bearings, and it's lots of its ability to govern because so many of us just don't trust them.
I don't mean to keep talking about this, but does He talked about like, you know, ICE and you know, basically finally being unshackled, and they're doing all these raids targeting violent offenders. But the way that the media is responding to this, Brian, they just don't understand where the American people are right now. They just they have failed so miserably for so long that the American people don't trust them, and they have not shown not even the slightest bit of being able to do any sort of self audit to figure out why why they're so lost. I'm seeing, yeah, no contrition at all. And I'm seeing people, you know, these these reporters say, oh, you know, they're you know, the Trump's ice is is rating farmers in California illegal undocument undocuments another thing, undocumented migrants who have committed no crime. And I'm reading this stuff and I'm thinking they came to the country illegally. They are here illegally. Their presence undermines the American work. I mean, there's a million different ways this hurts our country. Not from a national security standpoint, we don't know who the hell these people are, but like, how how are we not making the connection here that these people. Yeah, I'm sure they're very nice, but they broke the law coming here. And when I break the law, and when you break the law, there are consequences. But when illegal aliens, people who should not even be entitled to our constitutional rights that we have here in this country, have more rights than we do, it drives me crazy.
Brian, Well, in California they're getting benefits, whereas the people out in North Carolina they don't. That's the point, isn't it. Yeah, when you flag this issue in terms of journalism, why aren't some more of these journalists, let alone the Democrat Party, Why an't more of these journalists throwing a flag on this stuff? Well, part of its pride they don't want to admit that they were or have been buffoons. Part of it is because they're ideologues, and they are trying to give cover to their federal ideaologues on Capitol Hill. Democrats, but part of it, my friend, is that there is an ideology to support it. Open borders for four years. That wasn't an accident. They wanted to remake the country by leaving the borders open. You know, you know, I've talked about this before. We know that open borders is something supported by Marxists because they believe the human labor should be able to go across borders just as much as business should be able to do that. So borders are actually violence, is what Marxists, Democrats, Socialists of America DSA members like Alexandria Acasio Cortes and others Democrats, they will make this argument. So the reaction, the response to your seeing, which is like, we got to protect all the migrants and the immigrants. If it's so divorced from facts in reason and logic and data, at some point you have to start going beyond just pride or foolishness, and you have to understand that there's probably some ideology behind it. Because it's so irrational, something else has to explain it. And that's a big, big part of it, I think, is this ideology of the left that doesn't believe in borders, and they don't really even like America because we're founded on you know, things like individual rights and the constitution and capitalism. So that's part of this debate that I think is always percolating when we see a lot of the coverage on this issue and it just gets it's absurd. But yet you can understand it if you really understand this underlying ideological piece.
So shift gears with me, and let's talk Ukraine for a second, because I read something today that I think Secretary of State Marco Rubio suspended all foreign eight across the board or called for it today, and President Trump suspended all foreign aid to Ukraine, so to me. And then then you've got Keith Kellogg, who is Trump's Special envoy to Ukraine. President Trump charged him you got one hundred days to end this thing. President Trump came out with a statement saying, Hey, I love the American people, but I love the Russian people. But you know, I don't want to harm them. But Vladimir Putin, if you don't figure this out, I'm going to basically sanction you and use the full might of the American economy to punish you. I don't want to do that. So there's a lot of things happening on the Ukraine front. Give us a sense of what's going on. Break it down for us, my friend.
So, I think that the President Trump has at here. So let's start with the carrots and the sticks. I think what we saw this week is Trump is actually giving Putin a little bit. And what he's doing. He has said he's going to withdraw about twenty twenty five thousand US troops from Europe that are currently stationed in places like Germany. That is a demonstration to Putin up. Look, I appreciate your sensitivity about NATO. I'm gonna withdraw some of my troops. I'm gonna give you something in recognition of your concern, and I'm gonna squaze your brother. I'm gonna squeze you Putin. I know that your economy is struggling. Router's News service had a really brilliant piece on that this week. We also know that Putin's economy is in serious trouble because of oil. It is deeply reliant on their oil natural gas exports. So what were to happen if the price of oil were to collapse, That would be a nightmare for Putin because he's trying to finance his of course's war. So that you saw President Trump reach out this week to the Saudist saying, we need you to drill and pump baby drill and pump baby drill. Like so get it going. Let's get this price, get the supply going. Let's pushed down the overall cost for a barrel of oil that was squeeze putin as well. He doesn't want to end this war in Ukraine. So I think that we're starting to see this. And by the way, you and I talked about this separately that mister Trump is also talking about, you know, extending more aid to Ukraine. His team is talking about, you know, maybe we need more draft members out of Ukraine. Well other than they really mean that, I don't know.
Oh yeah, let's let's expound on this. So that's I'm so glad that you brought that up. I've been meaning to talk about this on the show for some time now. But the national incoming, well not the incoming now. The National Security Advisor Mike Walltz, former congressman from Florida, said that we've talked about, you know, Ukraine lowering their draft age to eighteen. Well, the European Union and European countries have been asking Ukraine to do that. So Lensky and the rest of the Ukrainian governments like, we're not doing that. Why because they need young men to repopulate their country after the tens of thousands of young men were slaughtered in this stalemate of a war. And you and I kind of war gained this like what's going on here? And you know, I'll let you explain it better than me. But we kind of thought maybe it was just an odd way to put pressure on Zelenski to get the damn thing done.
Yeah. So look, there are lots of different strategies that you could try to end this war, and part of them, or one of them, is you got to make sure the Putin wants it. He has to be incentivized to end this war. So he's got to have some economic squeeze. We tried sanctions for four years. Those haven't worked. There's been assinctions have not worked because Putin has had friends in places like China and India and others that are buying his oil. So what Trump has said this week is, look, let's depress the price of oil so that he's collecting less revenue. That's going to cause profound problems within the Russian economic system. So if Trump can pull that off depressed the price of oil, that's one strategy. The other is to basically say, look, I want out of this war, Trump says to Putin, but you're forcing my hand here. You're gonna make me involved in this period of time. So whether that is more war aid or I'm gonna encourage the Ukrainians to bring even more men to the war battlefield, that's what we're gonna do. So even though we don't want to, even if we want to end this war, we got to continue until we can squeeze you Putin to knock it off. So I think that that is part of the strategy here. It's a little bit of carrot and stick, and I think Trump would drawing twenty twenty five thousand NATO troops is a demonstration to Putin of like, I'll make a deal with you, but you got to make me halfway, all right. So I think that that's what we're going to see over the next number of weeks and months, is Trump reaching out to Putin to say I'll make a deal with you. We can do this easily or hard way if you want to do it the hard way. I'm gonna squeeze your oil prices. I'm gonna clap your economy. And oh, by the way, that is how the Soviets eventually met their demise if we recalled. That was one of the ways that Reagan did it was with an energy war and crushing the internal Soviet economy. So I think that that Putin's got to be wise here if he knows he's dealing with a guy who's pretty serious about trying to end this war. It's just a lot of some carrots and sticks here.
You know, you've been right about it everything, and I think you're right about this too. And speaking of you being right about everything thus far, you know the the Trump wanted that.
I have a thousand gals waiting for me for.
I think that might be.
No.
I have a part of it is that also, you dress well, your articulate. You've got very white teeth. People like that.
I brush who dental care?
There's no substitute for good dental care. You're right? So okay, do you haven't? Brian? What the hell was I talking about?
You said I was right about something Trump?
Yes, thank you all the things. Yeah, I got distracted by your white teeth. I goes like it was blind man like. So the the cartels, the car was the first executive order declaring the cartel is a terrorist organization. You called this one. How you know what's the next play here? You think Trump's gonna So people were saying, like, people are kind of freaking out, Well, what's you gonna target target Mexico without time in with the Mexican government? And people in the Trump administration are saying, yeah, maybe if they're not willing to play ball in the Mexican government. I mean, it's not a secret that the Cartel has compromised many in the Mexican government as well, So maybe you do just draw up targeting packages and just wipe them all out. So let me ask you, is it a good time for members of the cartel to get jobs in different industries or are they going to dig in and fight life insurance? Yeah?
So I think there are two things that are happening right now with Mexico the people need to know of. The one is the surface issues, so let's talk about that. The second one is banking, So let's come back to that in a second. So, the Cartel being labeled as terror groups So what this allows is our CIA officers, there's an element within DHS that does some good stuff as well as our soft guys are Special Forces guys in San Antonio and others coming up with these targeting packages, shocking off campaign, blowing up infrastructure, blowing up people. The cartel members, god forbid, their family members. There's going to be some collateral damage. Unquestionably, they're gonna start lighting people up, much like we did in the Global War on Terror. That's where I anticipate this is going to go next, and so that that's the first piece. Yeah, they should probably get some life insurance policies. Those guys are gonna be in trouble. That doesn't mean that there won't be some very unexpected consequences from this. We should be very sober with this. Cartaels are inside of this country right now. Last time that you and I talked, I discussed how they are in Tucson, Arizona, and lots of other places. These guys are bringing over guns. They can light us up internally, so we should be very sober. This is this is going to be a tough war. So that's the first part. We got to do it, though obviously we gotta. We got to bring these guys down a peg. They have assaulted this country in so many different ways, so we got to get rid of the cartels or degrade them. The second issue that this designation allows that we need to know about is the banking issue, because now banks in Mexico, they don't they are disallowed. They're gonna have massive fines a criminal and civil if they work with cartel members. But in Mexico, how do you figure that out?
I know? But if they don't, they just bury their cash in the jungle. Seriously, I watched I watched what the hell was the one with Pablo Escobar narcas I've seen that I'm based on right, Well.
Yeah no, But the crazy thing is that the cartels have become so so audacious and how powerful they are. The bank they don't mind putting there because they think they can all bankers. They control the government. So now these this has been slapped on the on, these cartels have been designated, the banks are going to get very nervous because of know your customer laws and rules. They have to know who these people are. So it's going to create a massive headache for these banks, and they're gonna start withdrawing in certain places because they can't ensure that they're going to escape liability. This is also true because or also a major problem for President Scheinbaum of Mexico because there are a lot of people who have secondary and tertiary connections to the cartels. In some cases, you know, they're just like the drug runners or they're running money. You know, they're they're helping them with their businesses in avocado and timber and the rest of it. So this this has massive reach. Twenty to thirty percent some estimates are to the Mexican economy is controlled by directly or indirectly the cartels. So you got have a serious crisis for a president Shiabaum and she knows it from a banking perspective, from an economic perspective, her country is going to get in serious trouble because of this designation from a money perspective. So it's a big move. Not only the kinetic stuff and blowing people up and infrastructure, but the banking stuff squeezing here again, just like in Russia, Trump is going after the money. He's going after the economy, just like he did it with Putin in Russia. He's doing the same thing in Mexico. I think it's very very smart. You control people through their wallets. Trump knows this. Amongst many guys in the world who know this, he knows that. Especially he's a businessman. He gets it.
So Trump called the Prime Minister of Denmark today and apparently the Prime minister of Denmark and the government in Denmark is kind of freaking out. And I'll read it to you. The intent. It was all about Greenland. So the intent was very clear. They won it. In parentheses Greenland. The Danes are now in crisis mode. The Danes are utterly freaked out about this. Apparently the Danish Prime minister thought that this was just some negotiating ploy by Trump, but when when got on the phone with President Trump, he was like, Graveyard, serious, we want Greenland, try to make a deal. And now they're all super freaked out about it. It wasn't messing around. He's for real.
Yeah, yeah, I would have loved to have been on that call. Can you imagine? You know, what what can we do? SA So convince you I want it, I just want it. I'm gonna build a beautiful building, the base one you've ever seen. It's gonna be on Greenland. So look, there's a really serious reason for why President Trump is going after Greenland. Bottom line is he does not want Russia or China to control it directly or indirectly. So the Arctic, the fight for the Battle for the Arctic is a huge, huge issue, and I think the President understands that Greenland is very vulnerable in no small part because Denmark's not going to be able to defend that island. They're not going to be able to do it, so the United States can and should. And sure, of course Trump also knows that there's a lot of mineral resources on Greenland, but we should also be very sober about that trying to get at those minerals underneath God only knows how many feet to a mile of ice and such. This is not a great place we should go to in mine in Alaska, that's much a better place to go get our stuff if we want to do that. But he understands that this is a strategic play and to have the Russians with the Chinese control Greenland between the United States and Europe, that's a no no, We're not going to do that. Denmark can't control or take care of it, So we need to solve this issue. There's some interesting polling that shows that a lot of actually people in Denmark, I'm sorry, in Greenland, about forty percent would love to be Americans. I've seen some polling showing sixty percent to only sixty thousand people in Greenland. So let's see if actually when they vote for independents, if they just vote to be an American or not. I think, you know, Denmark's kind of like that that old crotchety you know, the royal family that used to be something and now is nothing, and there watching their former glory dissipate. I think that's why they're upset. And what are you gonna do?
I think you might be right, and I say, what the hell. If we're going for Greenland, we might as well go for Iceland too. We have military bases there. Why not just go for Iceland, you know? And why stop there? We got Canada.
You know, we've.
Talked Panama Canal, right, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State. Rubio's down there now, which, by the way, I'm freaking sorry. If the communist Chinese are controlling the Panama Canal, we're taking that effort back. I'm sorry. Let's taking it back.
Let's understand this for a second. So they controlled the Chinese. Chinese company controls the port operations on both sides of the canal.
At Chinese laws. That is ridiculous.
Chinese law mandates that a Chinese citizen, whether you inside of China or beyond, if you're living Panama, you must respond to the military or intelligence requirements of the Chinese Communist Party. You must. There is no if answer, but there's not. You get your lawyer and you work it out with them. No, you do it. So Trump is correct to say, wait a minute, You've got a Chinese company that is controlled effectively by the Chinese Communist Party and charge import operations on both sides of the canal that we built, we gave back to nineteen seventy seven, and we have a treaty agreement that says that has to remain neutral. It's not neutral. Stop the silly games. You're either going to kick them out or we're going to take it back one way or the other. We don't care. And that's why you saw this past week, by the way, the Comptroller of Panama ordered a surprise audit of the Chinese company. Well, that's interestingly timed. So what I am wondering is the Panamanian government, who is led by a conservative by the way conservative president. He understands that they're in trouble, and so he's going to send in his auditors. They're going to find some magic being somewhere that shouldn't be there, and they're going to kick out the Chinese as a pretext. That's how I expect this to go. It might not happen, though, who knows. The Panamanians might go crazy, the Chinese might go crazy. President she probably doesn't want to give up control this canal. So that's why I expect. Actually with the Chinese relationship, Trump and this team are going behind the scenes working out some drug deals with She to be like, look, we have a lot of problems with each other. You got to get out out of Panama, sorry, friend. Like this would be us hanging out in like you know me and more like in your back door. It's just it's not gonna work. Well, you gotta get out.
There's a treaty here, right, isn't There isn't the whole Panama Canal thing codified in a treaty. I say, just take it back.
Take it that that's ours Panama.
I've gotten to the point. I've gotten to a point where you know, Okay, so so you've explained this so brilliantly on the show before about cultural Marxism. It's like, uh, these empires, these colonies, like we're taking it back, We're equaling the scale. I'm sorry, Like, I'm actually fine with growing the American Empire if it means keeping Americans safe. I'm sorry, Greenland is I mean, you're right from a strategy standpoint, and in terms of controlling maritime shipping lanes in the Arctic and things like that, it's very very important. And now you've got another.
One on your radar, friend, the Chagos Island in the Indian Ocean. Diego Garcia a very important US military base there that we do a lot of stuff in the Indian Ocean into the Middle East that belongs to the UK. They're trying to give it away to an African country. The African country of Mauritius claims that these lands were taken from them, but now in the UK wants to give it back to Marcius. But Trump's team is like, no, no, we are going to stay in the Chagos Islands. In the middle of the Indian Ocean, and if you U UK, try to give it back. This is a great example where we are the only ones there were We in the Brits are the only people on these islands. So this would be a great example of Trump saying, look, U K, these islands are ours now, you're not going to give it back to Mauritius and Africa. Our military base is there for a very important reason because if we get us back to this African country of Mauritius. Mauritius has a very good close relationship with guess who, China, So they're going to give back the Chagos and Diego Garcia to the Chinese, are going to ge it to them. Now the Chinese controlled the Indian Ocean, that's going to create a bad set of problems as you're shipping stuff from Africa into the Middle East and then obviously into Asia. Also a bad news because it squeezes India right, So the country of India having its its access limited to the Indian Ocean, that could create some problems between those two nations as they've experienced for centuries, really thousands of years. So there's another great example Greenland. We can add the Chagos. We can talk about Panama. This administration is very serious about flectin American muscle, and I think the Chagos is gonna be the next place we do it.
Wow, God, how is this How is this not being covered on the media at all?
The report? Friend, Oh, don't you worry.
A well, we all listen.
We all listened. Believe me.
I was speaking of you're talking this morning about this AI stuff and how there's this AI. There was this study that was done how AI can detect human emotion and how you know it was for example, listening to like a shareholder call talking about you know, a company's P and L profitability versus loss, and the AI can actually detect in that CEO's voice whether he's depressed or not, which could lead to all sorts of crazy stuff. So give us a And by the way, Trump signed some executive order on artificial intelligence. Elon Musk, he's kind of pissed off about it. When Trump was asked about it, Trump was basically like, yeah, Elon Musk doesn't like the guy who's involved. I don't like plenty of the people that I do business with either. I don't blame him. So that's kind of how Trump, but give us a sense of what's going on in the AI world.
This is one of the most underreported stories this week with with one of the biggest impacts on our lives and the future of humanity. And I don't say that in a way that's hyperbole. I really truly mean it. For folks who are unaware the AI revolution what Silicon Valley is trying to do. They are trying to recreate the human mind through these supercomputers to a chip company called Nvidia, creating something called a GPU. It processes information at a much faster pace and scale lots of video. Anyway, the point is the AI revolution is trying to recreate the human mind. Well imagine if you could do that and put lots of different kinds of products and services, but also if you put it into a humanoid robot. We really are talking about potentially creating not just something that is equal to the human ability, but actually it excels, it supersedes. It's It's a remarkable thing that Silicon Valley is working.
On, Brian, I mean, creating a humanoid robot with intelligence that exceeds that of humans is how you end up with terminator robots. Trying to kill us all.
Well, that is one of the fears, right and that's why President Trump earlier this week he actually rolled back some of the safety regulations to prevent that from happening, which you might think, well, why would he have done that, that's crazy. He had to prevent terminators. The problem right now is it's not just Silicon Valley looking at this technology. It's the Chinese as well, and they are very very close to becoming just as good as we are. To imagine if they had an intel the equivalent of the human mind, if not superior, and they could then put that into their weaponry, into their energy systems, they would dominate us. You know, we talked about all the drones off the coast of the northeast of this country over the past number of months. Imagine that stuff. Whatever those drones were or are, if they were infused with AI, they had this ability to outcompete us. It's a frightening thing that the Chinese government could dominate us. It's a very real concern. So that's why this AI revolution is a big deal. Trump is rolling back some of the safety rules and regulations, not because he necessarily wants to, but because the Chinese are going to do it anyway, and so we got to catch up between now and then those terminator days. AA is going to do a lot of crazy things, to include what you just talked about, which is there's an AI tool that can now discern our emotions even when we really don't want people to know what those emotions are. So yeah, in the world of business, if you've got this earnings call and you're saying everything's great, profit's fantastic, sales are up, this AI can actually discern with tremendous accuracy the things that the human ear can't quite even perceive. They compare these earning calls to samples that people who've taken tests who say that they are depressed. So they're learning from the people who are depressed and then applying it to say your voice or my voice, or these CEO's voices and determining who's really lying about the state of their company. So yes, imagine you could shorten a stock. You know, your auditors the irs could be like, wait a minute, we just got a red flag about this guy. He said everything's great, but his voice suggests something's not right. So a lot of really interesting implications for all these different AI applications out there, but the big one that Trump recognized this week, you know, a five hundred billion dollar plus investment in data centers all around this country. Appline Texas being one trying to get ahead of China and stay ahead of China and this AI revolution. Otherwise, we are in serious trouble if they create the advanced human brain that is far beyond our capacity. If they do it first this country, in this world, humanity is in a big, big trouble.
I mean this strikes me as something that could be as big as developing the atomic bomb during World War Two.
Bigger, bigger. This is the equivalent of the Manhattan Project we are all living through right now. This is history. So if you watch that Oppenheimer movie over last summer, this is that time's ten. It is really that big of a deal because we're not just talk about a bomb. We're talking about something that has the ability to think beyond what a human can do and create things that a human can't. That is this technology. And right now, if we can look at this from like an analogy perspective, a human going from a baby to an old person, we've got like a teenager going into College. That's where AI is at right now. So it's advancing and we could see some pretty tremendous things this year, and certainly under Donald Trump. And that is why I think he's rolling back these safety regulations, saying we might not like it, but we got to go. We got to go fast and hard because the Chinese are going to beat us. And it is all of humanity in this country. We are under their thumb. President She and the Communist Party get it first.
Well, when you say that China, when you say that China is not that far behind us, how they How are they able to even keep pace? I mean, are they just stealing our research? Is that basically what it is.
That's part of it, you know, part of it is they steal stuff, but part of it is we allow them to so we have these academic and research exchanges. In fact, Biden has extended that back in December for another ten I think ten fifteen years, that we want to exchange some of our scientists from say MIT or from Stanford others, because you know, it's good human human relations. That's such a liberal, leftist flam flam argument. Knowing that they're trying to crush us in every way, right. But the point is we are actually our own worst enemy here. But it's not just that they're cheating or that they're stealing. They're actually just they are doing some fantastic research on their own. They have now used and stolen enough that domestically they can create some really some products. Again, it's it's based on a foundation of theft. That's true. Marco Rubio during his confirmation hearing talked about that, and it's absolutely true. But now we have a competitor, a really strong, tough, tenacious competitor that is right behind us, and we've got to win this war and many others as well. But the AI won sure is a big deal.
Okay, So before I let you go, I got to ask one last very important question. Everybody is wondering about, what did you think of Milania Trump's hat?
Oh my gosh, I was like, girl, you stole mine? How where'd you get it? I thought it was my closet. No, no, I don't have that kind of hat. That's like, where in the world is Carmen san Diego? That gal came in too ready to fight? I was waiting for her toads. I think you would do.
I thought it would the hat was going to be like, you know, bladed on the end. She throws it like like odd job or something in James Bond. You know, I thought she throw it at a Democrat in the crowd or something.
If I were to be abroad and see that, knowing on this situation, I would say that it's a very clear signal from the family and from her of like we're back. This is this is a very clear signal to you all who try to crush us, like we're coming for you.
And I'm calling the shots the lady with the hat.
Yes, this is about vengeance and I'm gonna look hot as I slit your throat.
Okay, my friend, tell us where we can find you and how we can support the Right Report.
Well, Malania's a closet. Clearly, all be in there trying on our hats. You can find me there. But if you can't get in the White House, well you can find me on your favorite podcast platform, the Right Reports, like the Right Brothers. They even have my mug today. Look at this here we are.

You know what these are made in America? Which is awesome made in Arizona, but gosh, sending these things the mail. Have you seen the cause of this stuff? We need Trump to get on top of this shipment stuff so expensive.
It's very having your own merch is It's not. The logistics of it are tough. Yeah, the making of it is fun. That's the cool fun, very true. The just part of like how do you ship it? How do you package it?
