The city of Hamilton has been chosen as the Canadian home for Verificient Technologies, a New York-based company specializing in verification and authentication through its patented AI, machine learning, computer visioning and biometrics. Mohawk College in Hamilton is introducing an accelerated tuition-free program to train personal support workers to meet the growing demand for workers in the field. Kellogg Co., the maker of Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies and Eggo, will split into three three companies focused on cereals, snacks and plant-based foods. Today is National Indigenous Peoples Day. Over recent years, there has been a greater focus on the issues affecting Indigenous communities, as well as the covered up history of this land – particularly through the lens of Truth and Reconciliation. Have you noticed an uptick in criticism of our Prime Minister coming from a wider swath of the political spectrum than previously?
