Tommie Lee and Rick Walz with the BBB of Northern Indiana talk with Joe, a tech-savvy consumer who was targeted by a fake bank message and nearly saw his trust in that message cost him dearly. 

Fortunately, Joe was able to avoid losing any money...but he had to act fast. He tells us how he was able to work with his bank to fight back, and the difficulties that have come about since the attack on his account.
