WA Food Ambassador Don Hancey joins Tony McManus in the studio to talk all things seafood.

Darryl Hockey, CEO from WA Seafood also joined in on the conversation to discuss the important role our fishing industry and supply chains play in keeping healthy seafood on our tables and employing people up and down the coast. 

We also talk recipes for lesser known species of seafood, a shout out to WA consumers that helped drive up a 30% growth in local seafood sales across Australia, and Don calls "flake news" on claims that flake sold in our fish shops is actually endangered sharks.
