Starting out as a young boy running an Auckland takeaway shop and local dairy, Sam Low has gone from strength to strength making a name for himself in the food industry as an award-winning barista and latte art champion.
He took the crown in last year's MasterChef New Zealand.
Now he’s combined a collection of delicious recipes in his new cookbook - “Modern Chinese”.
