We’re in conversation with Matthew Parks:  The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU),  is South Africa's largest trade union federation and celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2025.  As a key ally of the ANC, it was pivotal in fighting apartheid and securing modern labor rights, representing 21 affiliates.
