Profile : Amadoda Circle Boys Camp

View descriptionShare

In an effort to rebuild Africa, the Institute of Afrikology Resource Centre will be hosting the Amadoda Circle Boys Camp, leading to the Nelson Mandela Day on 18 July. Now in its third year, the Amadoda Circle Boys Camp seeks to nurture the growth and development of boys and men into responsible leaders, partners and citizens. The camp aims to help develop boys and men who respect themselves, who value those around them while taking leadership in building South Africa, and making the African continent a better place to live in. This year’s two-day camp is targeting boys from orphanages around KwaZulu-Natal who are often neglected by similar campaigns in the country. During the camp the boys whose ages range from 12 to 18 years old, will be taken through life skills, leadership lessons and be guided on career paths.
