We go down to Cofimvaba, to a village called Mthingwevu Luqolweni where residents raised 28-thousand-rands of their own funds to build a bridge only to be instructed later by the Intsika Yethu Local Municipality to break it down. The residents say that they waited 13 years for the municipality to fulfil its promise to build them a proper bridge.
