Mbali Nhlapho, owner of Sisters at Work, is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty. But in 2017, she realised that she could do more and make a difference in many people's lives by taking the unpleasant and time-consuming chore of cleaning off their hands, and she started a professional cleaning business.

It started when a family member needed urgent help with minding a new-born baby and home cleaning. Mbali reached out to a trusted helper to assist on short notice, and today, that helper is still in employment at the same home. 

Whenever anyone needed help in their homes, they contacted Mbali to find a suitable person, and soon she realised that she had a natural talent to source and screen fitting workers to place in homes or offices.

Armed with extensive sales experience, Mbali identifies and embraces opportunities to expand her cleaning service to continuously answer to the demands of her clients. Sisters at Work take care of any type of residential or corporate cleaning, and they always put the client's needs first without compromising on quality and professional service delivery.
