The SIU obtained a preservation order against Groen Mintirho, a company linked to Pule Mabe, restricting the sale and transfer of a Steyn City property and Porsche Carrera.
The SIU has filed a review application to nullify a R27 million tender awarded to the company and recover funds paid over.
Mabe and six others face charges of fraud, theft, and contravening financial and crime prevention acts.
