Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection, Lieutenant General, Shadrack Sibiya says he has been asked to appear before parliament's Ad-hoc committee next week Wednesday. Lt General Sibiya spoke to the media outside the Pretoria High Court on Wednesday where he was challenging his suspension. However political parties within the Ad Hoc Committee has denied knowledge of Sibiya appearing before it. Sibiya who was suspended in July by police commissioner General Fannie Masemola, wants the High Court to declare his suspension unlawful and invalid.
