Experts say mental health challenges among young people are rising globally. Parents and schools are grappling with anxiety, behavioural difficulties and learning challenges. We spoke to Educational Psychologist and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at Stellenbosch University, Dr. Carmelita Jacobs.
