The Solidarity has welcomed the Constitutional Court ruling declaring parts of the National Health Act invalid.The court found that provisions requiring healthcare practitioners to obtain State approval before opening, expanding or relocating practices were invalid. Deputy CEO Anton van der Bijl says government can no longer dictate where healthcare practitioners may operate.
