The Limpopo Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba has conveyed her condolences to the bereaved family of the twins born attached to the abdomen in January. One of the twins has died. A surgical procedure to separate them was conducted by a team of surgeons more than two weeks ago. Ramathuba says there had been hope that the children would grow up and thrive.
