The Public Servants Association has officially proposed a hybrid work from home model for South Africa's public sector. The union says rising fuel, food, electricity and medical aid costs are placing severe financial pressure on workers. It argues that flexible work arrangements, proven during the COVID-19 pandemic, can ease commuting costs while maintaining productivity.
