Members of the Joint Portfolio Committees on Police, Justice and Constitutional Development have expressed concern on how rushed the process of adopting a report which sets out guidelines on how parliament will look into allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi. The committees have since adopted the report despite various objections and points of clarity.
