The Ad Hoc Committee set up to probe allegations of threats to national security made by Kwa-Zulu Natal Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, has finally adopted its terms of reference. The inquiry will investigate claims that criminal syndicates have infiltrated the police and the justice system. The Committee has until October to deliver its report to Parliament.
