ActionSA has criticises the South African Human Rights Commission's (SAHRC for supporting undocumented migrants' right to public healthcare. The Human Rights Commission's has raised concerns over the current move where undocumented foreign nationals are being denied access to healthcare services at public clinics and hospital. SAHRC Commissioner Sandra Makoasha says denying undocumented immigrants access to healthcare is not only unethical and unlawful but also inconsistent with the country's obligations under both domestic and international human rights law.
