Several top Iranian commanders have been killed by Israel's large-scale strikes against Iran today. Iran has promised a harsh response and Israel said it was working to intercept about 100 drones launched towards Israeli territory in retaliation. The United States, which was due to hold the latest round of talks with Iran on restricting its nuclear programme on Sunday, said it had had no part in the operation. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel military operation would continue for as many days as it takes.
