Former Free State premier, Ace Magashule's former personal assistant Moroadi Cholota is a free woman. This after the High Court in Bloemfontein ruled that her extradition from the US was unlawful. The court also said it did not have the jurisdiction to try Cholota on corruption that she and Magashule are charged with. The case is related to the 255-million-rand asbestos roofing removal tender.
