A hung council has once again emerged following yesterday's municipal-wide by-elections at the Thabazimbi Local Municipality, in Limpopo. The Electoral Commission of South Africa results portal has revealed that none of the contesting political parties and independent candidates garnered sufficient votes to govern on their own.
