Gauteng police are investigating a murder and robbery after a 23-year-old woman was shot and killed in Thembisa this morning. The woman was reportedly walking to work in Temong, Mapungubwe Street, at around 5:45 when she was attacked and her belongings stolen. Police say her family has yet to be formally notified. Preliminary investigations have found no link between the murder and recent cases involving women whose bodies were found in Ekurhuleni.
