Former Umzimkhulu municipal manager Zweliphansi Skhosana, has denied allegations that he was involved in the 2017 murder of former ANC Youth League Secretary General and local councilor, Sindiso Magaqa. Skhosana is applying for bail in the local magistrates court in the south of KwaZulu-Natal. He was implicated as one of the middlemen in the murder plot, in a confession made by hitman, Sibusiso Ncengwa, in the Pietermaritzburg High Court last month.
