Basic Education Siviwe Gwarube says support for learners and plans to repair damaged infrastructure in the Eastern Cape has started. This after severe floods affected the schooling of more than six-thousand learners. More than 70 schools were damaged. Floods also swept away a bus, in which learners were travelling.
